A cultural paradise nestled between jungle and ocean
San Pancho is a beautiful village about one hour north of Puerto Vallarta on the Pacific coast of Mexico. With a rich history and a laid back vibe, this little town offers those willing to open their heart and mind a place to truly thrive.
You’ll stay in a little oasis nestled between the beach and the vibrant Plaza Del Sol, with restaurants, shops, and galleries just steps away.

In private sessions on site, you’ll be guided by experts in Pilates, yoga, fitness, and dance as you find new ways to tap into your strength. Build the muscles and body awareness that will help power your strides into this next chapter.

Discover what foods feed you. And what might just be holding you back. Learn how to support hormone changes through food as you explore new ingredients, combinations, and tastes.

We’ll stay in a small boutique hotel with gorgeously appointed rooms and grounds. Surrounded by the lush colors of Mexico, you’ll enjoy the mix of luxury and simplicity.

Arrive Wednesday, April 29
Settle in. Walk on the beach or lounge by the pool. Eat dinner together. Relaxing mind-body session to stretch out, unwind, and connect.
Thursday - Sunday
Slow starts and an easy breakfast. Morning Pilates session. Freshly prepared lunch. Afternoon adventure/strength training/dance/art class. Free time for optional journaling, walking tours, massage/bodywork. End of day mind-body session. Evenings are free for your own dinners, sunsets, quiet time, and exploring.
Depart Monday, May 4
Send off breakfast. Last Pilates session. Lounge time. Goodbyes.

At Paraiso Escondido, a family-owned, oasis less than a block away from San Pancho beach

Our local chef will create vegetarian meals that provide the nutritional support for our hormones and bones. ((gf, vegan option available)
We will have a welcome dinner on the first night, a send-off breakfast on the last day, and breakfast and lunch on the middle days.
Four of the dinners will be on-your-own, trust us, you'll want to sample the local restaurants.
